With this option, we require a 10% deposit of the estimated total revenue. A cut-off date of 30 days prior to arrival is provided at which point you are able to release any suites that may not be required up to 10% of the total booking. A rooming list would be required to be submitted no more than 10 days prior to arrival, with the rooming list I would be able to input the names of the guests into the system and provide you with a final invoice showing the total owing amount which would then be due either prior or upon arrival.
